A computer program that provides maintenance to The Register of Enterprises In Bankruptcy Proceedings by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is intended for:

• Maintaining a unified register of enterprises in bankruptcy proceedings,
• Maintaining a unified register of arbitration managers,
• Automation of processes for the formation, submission, processing, and analysis of reports for arbitration managers,

• Maintaining a register of arbitration managers,
• Maintaining information on bankruptcy cases,
• Formation of reporting packages by arbitration managers,
• Acceptance of reporting forms from arbitrage managers,
• Reviewing reports from arbitration managers,
• Development of analytical and statistical reports based on the data from arbitration managers and bankruptcy cases,
• Interaction with the register of court cases,
• Interaction with the portal of the Ministry of Justice on the formation of extracts from the
• Unified register of enterprises where bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated.

Users of the system are employees of the Ministry of Justice and arbitration managers.
