From 2013 - 2014, Medirent specialists completed a project to create the first and second stages of the automated system "Unified Window for Electronic Reporting".

The creation of an electronic reporting system was determined by several state documents, such as the Tax Code, the Concept of e-governance development in Ukraine, etc. The elaboration of the system corresponded to current trends in the development of e-government, deregulation, improvement of business conditions, and the wider use of remote methods of interaction between citizens and the state.

The system implemented reporting capabilities for the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine (including the single social contribution), the State Statistics Service, and interdepartmental electronic interactions.

Much attention was paid to both information protection, cryptography tools, and the possibility of authenticating users with an "electronic key".
