Ukraine reached the final of a prestigious European Award with the “Automation of the social protection of internally displaced persons in Ukraine” project, represented by Medirent, a Ukrainian IT company.
It is the Ministry of Social Policy and Ministry of Digitization joint project, with the support of the UN World Food Programme (WFP UN), which from the first days of the full-scale invasion of the russian federation in Ukraine provided a timely, qualified, and verified assistance to more than 2,5 million internally displaced persons.
The project was included in the “Digital Transformation” category of the European Social Services Awards 2023 – an annual ceremony celebrating great achievements in the social services sphere in all of Europe.
