Our specialists have been providing the automation of the elections at all levels of government of Ukraine since 2004. They have unique knowledge and experience in this field of critical state importance:

• elections of the President of Ukraine: year 2004, 2010, 2014, 2019
• elections of people's deputies of Ukraine: year 2006, 2007, 2012, 2014, 2019
• local elections: year 2010, 2015

During these years we created the Unified Information and Analytical System ¨Vybory¨ (UIAS "Vybory"), which provides a comprehensive approach to the automation of election processes.

Using effective technical and organizational solutions allows the automation of each election in the shortest terms possible - less than two months for development, teaching of personnel from all over Ukraine, implementation in more than 200 district election commissions, provision of salary calculation for 400 thousand of commission members etc.

UIAS "Vybory" is a very complex system from the functional point of view. It ensures realization of more than 20 sets of tasks for every type of elections (people's deputies, President's, local) at all stages of election process: electoral districts, polling stations, candidates, members of electoral commissions, observers, ballots, voting process, voting protocols, display of information in the press-center and on the Internet, financial and personnel accounting of the election commissions, etc.

Typical national elections that are automated by the system:

• about 200 electoral districts
• 30,000 polling stations
• 6.5 thousand candidates (for people's deputies)
• almost 400,000 official observers
• 400,000 members of election commissions
• about 30 million voters.

UIAS "Vybory" is a critically important element of democratic processes in Ukraine, providing the possibility of transparent monitoring of the election processes course, including the vote counting, ensuring public recognition of election results and, therefore, the legitimacy of the authorities.

Cyber security is one of the main priorities in the creation and functioning of the "Vybory" UIAS.

The list of services we provide at each national election includes not only the modernization and deployment of the system, but also the training of its administrators (more than 20 people at each election), technical support, and the creation of a comprehensive information protection system.

During the election process, we provide round-the-clock operation of the technical support center for all organizational, applied, technical issues, as well as information protection.
